Schilling Spices

I thought the cracked paint look went well over top the old spice boxes. I did an overlay witha opacity of 40% and painted over the boxes in the background with a black paintbrush with 80% opacity to undo the textured effect on those boxes.

  1. Good job on your HDR. I especially like the lighting and the colors on your piano shot. It makes it look very elegant. All of them look so realistic, just better than the originals. I also really like your macro shots. The composition is well done and makes it easy for the eye to look at. The lighting on the ball adds interest. Good use of color throughout all of the pictures. I liked seeing many different variations, especially in a place where many things are white and brown.

  2. i think that the composition in your shots was impeccable. you did a great job of framing your subjects in your photos to draw attention to what you wanted without having lots of extra noise in the photo. the HDRs were really nice too i think that the colors that you brought out in the piano was great but i think that of all your photos the ghost town piano was my favorite its so clean looking and draws in my eye
